BenPlayer

An audio player. The name comes from the developer of THF, which is a game you should definitely play (do recommend getting the client though as playing it on a browser can lead to some stuff) 

Other than that, the player itself does what you would probably expect from an audio player. It plays audio files (as of writing it supports only .wav and .mp3 files) and does some other stuff depending on your version of choice. Updates will come, but for planned features you should check the GitHub repository which also includes the source code for the player.

The program requires at least Windows XP SP3 to run (may run on Service Pack-less versions of XP, though that has not been tested) and should run on modern versions of Windows too. A port to Windows 98/ME/2000 is in the works. (already done! check out BenPlayer LE) If your device can run a 32-bit version of Windows, it can probably run this program too. It does require .NET Framework 2.0 to be installed on your computer, but newer versions of it already come included in the newest versions of Windows.

Optionally, it requires an internet connection in order to check for updates, but this is unnecessary for the program itself to function.
